Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full access to everything, no credit card required. You can invite doctors, see patients, send SMS reminders. At the end of trial, pick a plan or your account pauses (your data is kept for 90 days).
How does per-clinic pricing work?
You pay one fixed price per clinic (location), not per doctor. A 6-doctor clinic on the Clinic plan pays $49/month total.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, instantly. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (cards) globally. JazzCash and Easypaisa in Pakistan. Bank transfer for annual plans > $500.
What about local sales tax / VAT?
Prices shown are excluding tax. We collect tax where legally required (UAE VAT, EU VAT for B2C) and itemise it clearly on every invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your billing cycle. You can export all your data as CSV. We keep your data for 90 days then permanently delete it.
