Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full access to everything, no credit card required. You can invite doctors, see patients, send SMS reminders. At the end of trial, pick a plan or your account pauses (your data is kept for 90 days).
How does per-clinic pricing work?
You pay one fixed price per clinic (location), not per doctor. A 6-doctor clinic on the Clinic plan pays $49/month total.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, instantly. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (credit and debit cards). Contact us if you need invoicing for annual plans.
What about sales tax?
Prices shown are before applicable US state and local sales tax where required. Tax is itemised on your invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your billing cycle. You can export all your data as CSV. We keep your data for 90 days then permanently delete it.
